The customer or the partner store can pick them up in store.

We strongly recommend that you wait for confirmation from The Surface Wizard before traveling, to ensure that your products are ready for collection.

Pick-up by the end customer is not permitted.

Only the partner store is authorized to deliver the products. We therefore invite you to contact your partner store to organize the recovery of these items.

Regarding the collection of the panels from the warehouse by the partner, it should be noted that the full responsibility rests with the latter as soon as it leaves the warehouse premises. The Surface Wizard cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.

 The panels are very fragile.

They must always travel on the edge (on the side).

Concrete surface panels can travel flat if they are on a pallet*.

If they are not on a pallet, the panels must travel on the edge.

The Surface Wizard is not a store offering products ready for immediate use.

We make it a point of honor to prepare each order of coating kits or panels in a personalized manner. Thus, we control the integrity and quality of our products, paying particular attention to each step of the process. Please note that this level of preparation requires a production lead time of two to three days, even if products are in stock. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our priority is to provide you with the highest quality products.

Before signing the receipt of the goods, it is important to:

  1. Check the order and ensure that the pallet is identical to the photo sent by Silex.
  2. Make the necessary reservations on the delivery note (Possible damage/suspected hidden damage/damage to be inspected/etc.) in front of the delivery person/carrier.
  3. If necessary, take photos of the order received and contact us directly.
  4. Sign the delivery note.

Storage and

handling of panels

The panels require delicate handling. Make sure to go through these points carefully to avoid possible mistakes.

To ensure the durability and quality of your panels, they must be stored indoors, in a dry place and protected from bad weather. Exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, sun or humidity can damage the panels and impair their performance. By storing them indoors, you avoid the risk of premature deterioration and preserve their integrity for optimal use.

To ensure the good conservation of your panels, it is important to store them correctly.

Here are the recommendations for their storage:

Positioning: The panels must be placed lengthwise, that is to say in a vertical position, against a solid wall. Make sure the wall is clean and dry, without risk of splashing water or excessive humidity.

Dry place: Choose a dry place protected from humidity. Avoid areas prone to water infiltration or excessive humidity, as this may damage the panels and affect their structural integrity.

Protection against cold: If you are in an area with extremely low temperatures, be sure to protect the panels from intense cold. Prolonged exposure to very cold temperatures can cause damage to the panels, so it is best to store them in a temperature-controlled area.

By following these storage instructions, you will ensure that your panels remain in good condition until they are used.
