Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
For any exchange or refund, please complete this form in full and ensure you meet all of the following conditions:
- Your order number;
- The number of the product(s) you wish to return;
- Photos of all products, containers to be returned.
Return policy
Terms:
- You must submit your return request within a maximum of 30 days following the delivery date.
- The product must be maintained in the same condition as when received at the delivery address, or at the time of picking the warehouse. . It must not have been used, altered, cut, installed, or marked in any way.
- Please note that the money back guarantee does not cover clearance items or special orders (colors, sizes...).
- After receiving the returned items and verifying that they meet the conditions set out above, we will issue a refund, less applicable fees.
- No return request will be accepted in the absence of photos of the condition of the items.
Return fees:
In the event of a return request, a restocking fee equivalent to 15% to 25% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Transport costs vary depending on the delivery method:
Small package delivery: a fee of $15 + taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery of oversized packages: a fee of $45 + taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery on a predetermined date (pallet delivery): an estimate of transport costs must be provided by our transport partner, and these costs will be subtracted from the reimbursement amount.
