Warranties

The warranty offered by Silex Element varies depending on the product: 

• Peau de Béton™, LightConcrete et chevrons : The manufacturing defect warranty for the Skin of Concrete™, BétonLéger and rafter panels is for a period of 10 years for normal use of the product, as recommended by Silex element. Like any material made of concrete or metal, the finish may have microcracks, irregularities and reliefs on the surface, which do not compromise the integrity of the product. These rough edges are not manufacturing defects, but are an integral part of the unique charm of each panel. No warranty is applicable if the product has been improperly transported, handled, or installed, or if it has suffered damage caused by a third party or due to installation on defective media. There is no guarantee of results.
• The waxed concrete coating:  No warranty is offered for the products of the Waxed Concrete applied kits or if the surface has suffered damage caused by a third party or due to incorrect application or installation on defective applied substrates. There is no longer any guarantee of results.
  

• All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and must not have been opened, cut, installed or applied. 
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom-made products or special colors. Also, no returns will be accepted for special order products and merchandise purchased on clearance. The original copy of the invoice is mandatory. 
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase. 
• The refund will be made to the original method of payment. Depending on the nature of the product, handling charges between 15-30% will be applied.

All prices are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of submission. Subsequently, all prices are liable to be adjusted to the price of Silex in force on the date of delivery, unless there is an agreement, in writing, between the two parties. 

Prices do not include provisions for applicable taxes and/or duties.
