Instructions General :
WEAR CHEMICALLY RESISTANT GLOVES, such as nitrile gloves, when handling the product.
Surface preparation
All surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, dirt, curing compounds, coatings, adhesives, or any other contaminants that could prevent proper adhesion. Glossy or painted surfaces must be sanded, stripped, and cleaned of waxes, dirt, or any contaminants. Grout must be fully cured for 28 days and be water-permeable. Smooth concrete surfaces, glazed tiles, terrazzo, or existing polished stone may require shot-blasting or scarification. Roughen the surface by sanding or scarification, rinse, and allow to dry. All sealant joints must be removed. Ambient temperature, surfaces, and materials must be maintained above 10 °C (50 °F) and below 38 °C (100 °F) for 72 hours.
Product Application
Stir the contents thoroughly. Lightly dampen the product to adjust the consistency using clean water. Use the smooth edge of a trowel or a putty knife to apply the compound. It can be smoothed or feathered. For filling depths greater than 6 mm (1/4 in.), more than two applications are required. Wipe off any excess with a cloth.
Drying Time
Allow 4 hours before applying the first coat of micro-concrete; longer if the filling is deep.
Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools promptly with warm, soapy water.
Storage
Protect from freezing. Close the container after each use.
Health Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention immediately.
Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
